Change your mind? We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased from shop.carolinetaiwo.com for return or exchange within 14 days of the ship date. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return/exchange request to be received and processed.

RETURNS

A return must be made within the guidelines of our Return Policy. Items must be in original condition and must not be worn, used, altered, or washed. We only accept returns of merchandise purchased online at shop.carolinetaiwo.com.

When returning postage, we suggest you use a trackable/insured shipping services for your protection. Please submit the tracking information of your return on our contact form and save shipping receipt for your records.

Credit will applied back to the original form of payment. We’ll send an email when the return has been completed to the email address provided on our contact form.

EXCHANGES

An exchange must be made within the guidelines of our Exchange Policy. Items must be in their original condition and must not be worn, used, altered, or washed. We only accept exchanges of merchandise purchased online at shop.carolinetaiwo.com. For now, only exchange requests for matching dollar amounts will be accepted.

Specify the replacement item (the new color/size/style/product) in a request via our contact form. Also specify the request in your return package. Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. If we no longer carry the replacement item and cannot offer an exchange we will process a refund instead and alert you via email. We’ll send an email when the request has been completed to the email address provided on our contact form.

LOST PACKAGE?

We ship via United States Postal Service which provides secure and easy trackable methods of shipping. If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you.

We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

Once the carriers have hold of the package we are not responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.
